Arthur H. Loussararian, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Cardiology
Dr. Loussararian received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles. He attended UCLA School of Medicine, graduating in 1991. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and an additional year of training in Interventional Cardiology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles.
During his medical training, Dr. Loussararian also studied at the Centro Cuore Columbus cardiology research laboratory in Milan, Italy.
He has participated in volunteer community activities in Los Angeles County, serving as attending cardiologist at the Venice Family Clinic.
Dr. Loussararian joined Mission Internal Medical Group in 1998. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Vascular Medicine.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and of the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention (FSCAI).
Dr. Loussararian is an Interventional Cardiologist with a special interest in coronary angioplasty, valvular heart disease, patent foramen ovale, atrial septal defect.
He also has a special area of interest in endovascular therapy for peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysm, and venous insufficiency. He is co-director of the Vein Center at Mission Internal Medical Group
